Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to ticket bookings for D'OWLS / Bieu live shows made through dowls.in or via WhatsApp confirmation.
Booking confirmation
Your seat is confirmed only after payment is verified by our team via WhatsApp — not automatically at the moment of payment. Please complete the "Confirm on WhatsApp" step with your payment screenshot to lock in your booking.
Pricing
The Chapter 1 & 2 combined show is priced at ₹750 per ticket for attendees aged 5 and above. Children under 5 are admitted free. Prices for future chapters or promotional offers (e.g. early bird pricing) may vary and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations & refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
- Bookings can be transferred to a future show date, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the scheduled show.
- If a show is cancelled or rescheduled by D'OWLS, affected bookings will be offered a transfer to the new date or a full refund.
Age verification
Proof of age may be requested at the venue to confirm free entry for children under 5.
Schedule changes
Show dates, venue, and duration are subject to change. Registered guests will be notified of any changes via WhatsApp or email using the contact details provided at booking.
Conduct & entry
D'OWLS reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
Parental supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the show.
