D'OWLS ("we", "us", "our") runs live children's theatre shows and educational programs under the Bieu brand. This page explains what information we collect when you book tickets or contact us through dowls.in, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Parent/guardian name
- Phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- Number of tickets and attendee ages (for pricing and headcount)
How we use it
- To confirm your booking and coordinate payment verification
- To send updates about show dates, venue, or timing changes
- To respond to questions or casting enquiries you send us
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal details with third parties for marketing purposes. Booking details are used only for the purposes above.
Payment information
Payments are currently made directly via UPI to our account. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or any sensitive payment credentials — these are handled entirely within your own UPI app, not on our website.
Data retention
We retain booking and contact information only for as long as needed to manage the relevant show or enquiry, and for basic record-keeping of past bookings.
